Please read all booking, payment and cancellation conditions below. By purchasing and using a Season Pass you are automatically agreeing to be unconditionally bound by the following Terms & Conditions relating to the use of Magic Mountain Merimbula Pty Ltd (MMM) facilities.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
MMM reserves the right to change the terms & conditions applying to the Season Pass at any time. The current version of the terms & conditions will always be displayed at magicmountain.net.au.
SEASON PASS HOLDER RIGHTS
A Season Pass provides the holder with unlimited entry into Magic Mountain Merimbula, on any day the park is opened to the Public until Sunday 22nd July 2019. A list of opening dates and times is available at https://magicmountain.net.au/open-times/.
A Season Pass can only be used by the person whose name and photograph appears on the Pass.
A Season Pass includes all rides and attractions, however does not include access to the Tree Climb. It also excludes Food and Beverages, Retail Merchandise, coin operated BBQ hire, Day Lockers and any other spending in the Park.
If a Season Pass holder is Aged 13 or under, they must be accompanied by an Adult (16 Years and older) who will be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst within the Park.
A Season Pass remains the property of MMM and is non-refundable, not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or cannot be resold.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SEASON PASS
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase by 21st September 2018. If you have not received your confirmation by this time please contact our Guest Services team on 02 6495 2299. Your email confirmation will request a photo be uploaded for each Season Pass purchased. If a photo is provided via the Online Guest Portal, then your Pass will be pre-printed and ready for collection from Saturday 22nd September 2018.
On your first visit to Magic Mountain, each Season Pass Holder will need to be present and provide an approved form of ID for each Season Pass to be created or collected. Approved forms of ID include:
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence OR Student ID Card (with Photo)
- Valid Australian Medicare Card
- Valid Australian Passport
- Full Birth Certificate
If you have not already provided a photo via the Online Guest Portal, a photograph will be taken before your Season Pass Card is printed and handed to you. Please remember to keep your Season Pass Card in a safe place at all times.
MISUSE OF THE SEASON PASS
You are responsible for immediately reporting to Magic Mountain Guest Services if your Season Pass is lost, stolen or damaged. In the event someone other than you attempts to use your Season Pass you agree to immediately pay MMM a penalty of $99 (whether you are aware of the misuse or not).
You acknowledge and accept that you are liable for any misuse that occurs while your Season Pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse occurring.
You acknowledge and accept that you may lose your Pass privileges and your actions may invoke Police action if another person is found to be using your Season Pass.
MMM reserves right to cancel a Season Pass and/or remove the Season Pass holder from the park for failure to comply with the Season Pass Terms and Conditions or MMM’s “Conditions of Entry”.
Refunds will not be given on “no shows”, or any components of your Season Pass that are not utilised. Refunds will not be given due to poor weather conditions, Rides or Amusements not operating, Power outages or other such events beyond MMM’s control.
MMM will not be held responsible for costs, loss of payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans.
No Season Passes will be transferred to the following year. There are No Extensions to the validity periods available. Extensions or refunds as a result of limited visitation time or removal from the Park will not be granted.
Lost, damaged, stolen or forgotten Season Pass Card can be replaced for a $10.00 fee per pass. If the Card is stolen the replacement fee may be waived if a documented police report is provided. Approved forms of ID are required to reissue a Lost, damaged, stolen or forgotten Season Pass Cards.
You must read all signs and follow all directions given by us, our employees or agents. All Passes remain the property of MMM and must not be resold, transferred or altered in any way. A breach of this condition will result in the cancellation of your Season Pass and invoke police action. Pass fraud is a criminal offence and can result in a fine or imprisonment.
An original Season Pass Card must be presented every time to gain entry into Magic Mountain.

You engage in any Recreational Activity at your own risk.
MMM is committed to respecting your privacy and recognises the need for appropriate protection and management of information you share with us. MMM will collect personal information during the process of purchasing a Season Pass. This information may be used to contact you by email.
Sensitive personal information will not be shared with any third parties except where sharing of the information is essential in delivering to you a product or service. Information collected will be used for the purpose of accurately fulfilling your booking including any required contact where there is an issue with the booking requested/ placed.
